Our Selection Process is Different by Design.
The word most commonly used to describe our hiring process is "thorough".
Conventional hiring processes rely on a conversation (or two) about your resume and skills, followed by a job offer.
This is not the way for us. The way we see it, it's not just a process of us selecting you, but it's also a process of you selecting us - the fit needs to be right on both sides. We want to learn who you are, and you should want to learn everything you can about us. We promise candour about our job and work environment and ask you to be candid as well.
Our process begins with you completing the application below to see if your skills and experience meet the minimum standards for the job.
The next step would be an interview to assess if there is a potential mutual fit.
Followed by the applicant gaining an understanding of our business philosophies along with the necessary technical requirements.
Practical testing will allow you to see for yourself what it's like to work in real estate and give us an idea if you have a flair for it.
We have both full time and part time positions available and no experience is necessary, full training is provided.
